    In this lab called the calorimeter lab we had to build our own calorimeter. A calorimeter measures the amount of calories in the food. The way it measures calories is by burning them hence the term "burning calories" while working out. There was many procedures that my partner and I had to go through and a lot of calculations made to figure out the foods mass, calories, kilocalories, temperature of water, etc. Although the calories on a bag of something is way more accurate than when you calculate and find the calories of something with a calorimeter.  

   

    In my opinion this was a very interesting physics lab, the reason being I got to learn many new things about a calorimeter and many new formulas. I really understood this lab and got a good grade on it.
